The Midwest Blue Oval Club has its first show of the year with the Eureka Springs Mustang Days event. There were cruises, parades, meet and greet, Intrigue Theater and car show. Everyone seemed to have a great time and we have had a lot of positive feedback. For the Saturday car show, we had over 200 cars.
With the success of the show, on July 3rd, the Midwest Blue Oval Club presented checks to the following charities.
1. Eureka Springs Community Center – $261.76
2. Flint Street Food Pantry – $400.00
3. Echo Village – $400.00
4. Grassy Knob Volunteer Fire Department – $1200.00
5. Echo Clinic – $1500.00
6. Merlin Foundation – $1500.00
Checks were already presented to the following prior to this presentation.
1. Loaves and Fishes – $162.25 2. Eureka Springs Booster Club – $326.00
This gives a total of $5,750.01 donated to eight charity organizations in the Eureka Springs area. This is an increase of over $2300 from last year.
We want to thank everyone who participated in this event and all of our sponsors like Arvest Bank and others. Without you, we would not have had such a successful event and the amount in donations to eight charities. We try to make a difference in every community where we put on shows. This is an example of how our club comes into town and hopefully leaves the community in a better place than when we arrived.
Below are the pictures from various activities of the event.
If you have any suggestion or comments for the show, please email them info@MidwestBlueOval.Club as we appreciate all input.
Thank you again for your support and see you next year.
The Midwest Blue Oval Club was formed in 2014 by a group of Ford enthusiasts with the sole purpose of putting on All-Ford events around America’s heartland, and using the net proceeds of each to benefit charities within the townships or cities in which the events take place.
